The address should read, 2317 Sherman Street, Gary, IN. Also, the cause of death is recorded as "acute encyphalitus." Victoria always maintained that Magaret died of SIDS. On 4 July 2006, I showed mom this death certificate. She was surprised to read that the doctor has recorded "acute encyphalitus" as the cause of death. She believes that SIDS was not a recognized ailment at the time and the doctor was legally obligated to write in a recognized ailment.
